His first foray into work was as a teenager in a fish shop, where he says he learned “the classics”; customer service and people skills. “But after about three weeks I got sacked,” he says. “I went back to the boss and said, ‘That can’t be right’. He took me back in.”

Revolutionising Australian Rural Aged Healthcare
How it all began
Co-founders Joel Nicholson and Alan Luong became acutely aware of the mass growing shortage in Australia for carers in the Aged Care sector through family experiences and trends observed around the world.
Both founders have an entrepreneurial history of growing multiple businesses where relationships and sustainability are at the core of their thinking and beliefs. This meant a perfect circumstance for them to launch Bridgeview Care and start making a real impact on people in Australia and neighbouring countries.
Bridgeview Care has already established a passionate team and community to make this impact a reality.
